Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with RoamKit. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification when tracking becomes available.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Orders under $50: Standard shipping is $4.99.
- Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information can take several business days to update after shipment.
Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@roamkit.store. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, lost, or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at support@roamkit.store with your order number. We’ll review the tracking information and help investigate.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning an item, as returns sent without authorization might not be accepted.
